Staying at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

Raffles Shenzhen

On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.

The minibar in the room was well-stocked with a great variety of soft drinks, and the afternoon happy hour offered delicious bites with beautifully presented plating that added to the overall vibe. After returning from dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bedtime drink thoughtfully left by Florence—such a small gesture, but it truly made the stay special. Her kindness and professionalism stood out throughout my visit. This is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience worth repeating.
