The room was spacious and well-equipped: fridge, microwave, induction stove, cookware, glassware, toiletries, towels—all you’d need to prepare your own meals. It’s a smart move if you want to save money (Tulum can be pricey!). The location is unbeatable—we had easy access to both the tourist zone and local neighborhoods, so we could enjoy everything from lively spots to authentic local eats. While the building sits among other constructions, it’s still quiet and secluded enough to feel like a retreat. Construction work nearby is unavoidable given the pace of development in Quintana Roo, but it didn’t detract from our experience. Overall, this stay helped us reconnect with nature and truly unwind. Additionally, the listing is misleading—advertising proximity to the beach, but in reality, it's quite far away. The unit itself is very small for the price, making it feel overpriced and not worth the money. Overall, a disappointing experience with little value for what you pay.
