The room itself beautifully blends modern comfort with traditional northern Guangxi charm—our bed was so cozy we slept like babies all night. But the real highlight? The evening view: as dusk fell, the river lights gently lit up the scene outside our window, turning the Li River into a shimmering canvas. Absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was fantastic—wide variety, delicious quality—and the local beer fish at the Chinese restaurant was authentic and mouthwatering. The entrance is clearly marked, making arrival stress-free. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a refreshing loquat tea, a small but thoughtful touch. The room view? Absolutely unbeatable. From the window, you get a perfect sightline of Xiao Yao Tower and the serene Li River, especially magical in the morning light. I spent hours just sitting by the window soaking in the scenery—pure bliss. The bed was a massive king size, easily over three meters long, and incredibly comfortable. Everything you’d expect is included: free access to all major TV channels, clean and modern amenities. The bathroom features disposable slippers and reusable ones that can get wet, plus a smart toilet with automatic flushing. One minor note—the shower area shares space with the toilet and lacks a door or curtain, so water tends to splash out. That said, the overall space feels spacious and well-designed. There’s a 24-hour laundry service on-site with both washing and drying options, and they even offer complimentary room service for laundry pickup and delivery. Breakfast was a highlight—huge variety, great taste, and I finally got to try authentic Guilin rice noodles. Eating up on the 7th-floor restaurant while looking out at Xiao Yao Tower felt like a scene from a postcard. Special thanks to our personal host, Xiao Fu, whose attentive and friendly service made all the difference.
