Noise insulation is impressive—no disturbances from neighboring rooms. When I had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi for screen mirroring, I called the front desk and they responded within minutes, resolving the issue promptly and professionally. Room cleanliness was top-notch—everything looked spotless, and the hot water was consistent throughout the stay, even at higher floors where low pressure is often a concern. We opted for the Longji Rice Terraces package, which included a private driver/guide—what a fantastic way to explore the stunning landscapes. Free shuttle service from Guilin North Station to the hotel made our arrival stress-free, and another direct transfer took us straight to Yangshuo. The hotel also provided an electric scooter for city exploration—such a fun and convenient touch! Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, while breakfast was delicious and well-balanced. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, leaving us with zero complaints. This place truly goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend it enough—perfect for travelers who value comfort, authenticity, and thoughtful service.

I've stayed here a few times before and decided to come back during the Lunar New Year, and I'm glad I did. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday—filled with lush plants and festive flowers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room itself is excellent, especially the natural light. The windows are huge, almost like floor-to-ceiling glass, letting in plenty of sunshine. If you're visiting in winter, definitely request a room on the left side—the morning sun warms up the bed perfectly. One thing to note: there's no breakfast included, but just steps away from the hotel’s entrance is a local Guilin rice noodle shop that serves some of the most authentic and delicious noodles I’ve had in the city. Parking is right at the front door, free of charge, which makes getting around super convenient. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and charm. It’s clear the team cares about guest experience, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I stayed at 68 Self-Service Hotel (Guilin High-Speed Railway North Station Branch) for ten days—originally booked for five, but ended up extending because I loved it so much. The location is perfect: just steps away from the train station and super convenient for getting around Guilin. The area is quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. The room is small but well-equipped with modern, clean facilities. Everything from the shower essentials to the toilet seat cover and toothbrush was provided—no need to worry about anything. The smart door lock is a real plus; no more lost key cards. I especially appreciated the double-layered curtains that gave great privacy and allowed plenty of natural light in during the day. Even though there’s no elevator (I’m on the fourth floor), the sunshine and good airflow made up for it. One thing to note: the blanket is quite thin, so I had to keep the AC running all day. The laundry machine worked perfectly—clothes came out clean and fresh. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money, and I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Guilin again.

Best of all, it’s just a short walk from the high-speed train station, and several bus lines (including Line 18 and K99) stop nearby, making transportation super convenient whether you're arriving or heading out. It's such a great value for the quality and location. If you're looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-located base in Guilin, this is definitely the place to stay.
