Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!

We booked the Executive Deluxe Twin Room, and even during peak season, the price was very reasonable—great value for money. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort for our whole family. What stood out was the thoughtful touches: a delivery robot brought our takeout straight to the door, and we received four bottles of water daily, plus fresh toilet seat covers. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From location and cleanliness to service and overall comfort, everything was top-notch. We stayed here during New Year’s Eve, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across from a gas station for easy refueling, and just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. What really stood out was the free late-night warm porridge served in the lobby each evening—such a comforting and unexpected treat after a long day.
