He personally ensured it was stored properly, which showed real care and attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was impressive—fresh, diverse, and delicious. I also extended my check-out time, and receptionist Xiao Min handled everything smoothly with a warm smile and even handed me a little gift. Every touch felt personal and thoughtful.
