Unfortunately, the system didn’t allow us to merge the bookings, which meant we had to check out at noon on the first day and wait until 3 PM to recheck in—definitely inconvenient, especially with luggage in tow. However, the front desk staff went above and beyond by upgrading our room at no extra cost, which made a big difference. The new room was larger and much more comfortable. While we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t speak to the quality of the buffet, the service attitude was consistently friendly and helpful. For families or travelers looking for a reliable, centrally located option with solid value, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

One thing to note: if you drive, parking fees are not included and you’ll need to arrange that on your own. However, both the Eslite and Emei parking lots are super close—no hassle at all. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay with excellent value, and I’d definitely book again.

Also, the bathroom lacked any hooks or towel bars—making it awkward to hang towels after washing up. Toothbrushes and razors are not provided (available at the front desk for NT$15), so be sure to bring your own. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was excellent—the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the location makes exploring Taipei effortless. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort and convenience.
