The comfort rooms show signs of wear and tear, though they do come with AC, which helps somewhat in extreme heat. However, the real issue lies in the staff’s attitude. They seem completely disengaged from guest needs. I’ve seen them take a 30-minute break together, leaving the front desk completely unattended—meaning guests couldn’t check in or out without waiting. Multiple times, no one was around at all. Questions go unanswered, and there’s zero willingness to assist. The phone sits idle on the counter, but nobody ever picks it up. It’s hard to understand how the management allows such poor service standards. For travelers who value responsiveness and hospitality, this property might not be worth it.

Honestly, I can't understand how anyone gives this place more than one star. This isn't a hotel—it's basically a shelter for the homeless. The smell is overwhelming, the cleanliness is abysmal, and the shared bathrooms are disgusting. The shower water was so deep it reached up to my ankles, and everything was broken or malfunctioning. No window screens—mosquitoes were everywhere, and my child was covered in bites, with swollen face from the bites. Bug repellent did absolutely nothing. Instead of curtains, there was just a rag hanging on the window. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Bed linens weren’t changed once during our entire week-long stay. Electrical outlets were dangling by loose wires—literally hanging by a thread. I’ve never seen anything this bad before. We were misled by fake reviews on the platform and regret not checking the room in person before booking. For the price we paid, there are so many far better options available. Please don’t even consider this place—save your money and avoid this nightmare.
