This was hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to St. Petersburg! The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to the Winter Palace, 10 minutes to the Church of the Savior on Blood, and about 25 minutes to Peter and Paul Fortress. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The building itself is a historic landmark with a century-old charm—there’s something special about staying in a place that feels like it has stories to tell. Cleanliness was excellent; despite the age, everything felt well-maintained and spotless. The doorman service was thoughtful, and I appreciated the late check-out until 3 PM—perfect for those who want to make the most of their day. The mini-bar was complimentary and always restocked daily—no need to worry about running out of drinks. Our attic room had a king-size bed and a sofa bed, comfortably fitting our family of four. The staff spoke fluent English and were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Overall, the value for money was outstanding—affordable yet luxurious in every way. Staying at Hotel Saint Petersburg was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and right on the banks of the Neva River. I booked a river-view room, and waking up to the sight of distant church spires against the morning sky was unforgettable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; when I requested a king bed and a higher floor, they immediately accommodated me with a top-floor suite without any hassle. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, making every moment in the room feel special. The bedding was exceptional—soft, comfortable pillows and cozy duvets made for deep, restful sleep. We arrived at the hotel earlier than noon in March 2023 and were checked in right away—so convenient! This place is absolutely incredible — I’ve already checked out two rooms: Nosferatu and Boiler Room, and I’m already planning to explore the rest! The attention to detail in each themed suite is stunning, like stepping into a movie set. I especially loved the morning after staying here — waking up not quite sure where I was, which added such a magical mystery to the experience. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great local spots. It’s rare to find a boutique hotel that blends creativity, comfort, and atmosphere this perfectly. If you're looking for something truly unique and memorable, Mysterio Boutique-Hotel is an absolute must-visit.

Stayed at Vertical WE&I Lesnaya in Saint Petersburg for just one night, and I was genuinely impressed. The hotel has a unique design with a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere—definitely stands out from the usual chain options. It features a well-equipped fitness center, laundry facilities, and even a small cinema where guests can unwind with a movie. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—just a short ride to the city center, with shops and public transport stops right outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. If you're looking for a cozy, modern stay with a strong sense of community and a welcoming vibe, this is a top pick. I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip to St. Petersburg!

Staying at this boutique hotel was an absolute delight. Nestled in a stunning historic mansion, it's perfectly positioned just steps away from major attractions while still feeling peaceful on a quiet street. The room was immaculately clean, with crisp white linens and fresh towels that made every moment feel luxurious. It’s rare to find such charm, comfort, and convenience all in one place—truly a hidden gem in St. Petersburg. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was excellent and the hotel feels brand new—clean, modern, and well-maintained. Being right on the Neva River is a major plus; waking up to views of the water from the balcony made every morning feel special. The French-style balcony is a standout feature—perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoying a quiet evening. Getting around is easy, whether by metro or taxi. With its prime location and great vibe, this place offers fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Overall, this is a mid-sized hotel located on Furshtatskaya Street in Saint Petersburg, offering convenient access to public transit. The luxury rooms are decent in size and layout, but the lack of air conditioning is a major drawback—especially during summer when temperatures soar above 30°C. The comfort rooms show signs of wear and tear, though they do come with AC, which helps somewhat in extreme heat. However, the real issue lies in the staff’s attitude. They seem completely disengaged from guest needs. I’ve seen them take a 30-minute break together, leaving the front desk completely unattended—meaning guests couldn’t check in or out without waiting. Multiple times, no one was around at all. Questions go unanswered, and there’s zero willingness to assist. The phone sits idle on the counter, but nobody ever picks it up. It’s hard to understand how the management allows such poor service standards. For travelers who value responsiveness and hospitality, this property might not be worth it.

Honestly, I can't understand how anyone gives this place more than one star. This isn't a hotel—it's basically a shelter for the homeless. The smell is overwhelming, the cleanliness is abysmal, and the shared bathrooms are disgusting. The shower water was so deep it reached up to my ankles, and everything was broken or malfunctioning. No window screens—mosquitoes were everywhere, and my child was covered in bites, with swollen face from the bites. Bug repellent did absolutely nothing. Instead of curtains, there was just a rag hanging on the window. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Bed linens weren’t changed once during our entire week-long stay. Electrical outlets were dangling by loose wires—literally hanging by a thread. I’ve never seen anything this bad before. We were misled by fake reviews on the platform and regret not checking the room in person before booking. For the price we paid, there are so many far better options available. Please don’t even consider this place—save your money and avoid this nightmare.
