But what really elevated the trip was meeting the owner, Raphael. Sharing a glass of exceptional wine with him felt like chatting with an old friend. When we expressed interest in dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, he effortlessly arranged access to Mason Nuvelle—a decision we’ll remember forever. That meal surpassed even the legendary French Laundry in Napa Valley. Truly one of the most memorable culinary experiences of our lives. Thank you, Raphael, for making our Bordeaux journey extraordinary.
