Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The room had a stunning large window with excellent natural light, and the space felt generous—especially for Europe. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: the amusement park is right downstairs, the pink cinema is just a short walk away, and the sea-view library is only about 20 minutes on foot. It’s a quick metro ride to Little Mermaid and Nyhavn—both easily accessible. There are so many great dining options nearby; you’ll never run out of choices. What really stood out was the service. We ordered in food but forgot to ask for cutlery. The front desk noticed immediately, brought over everything we needed—including plates and utensils—and even apologized that we didn’t get chopsticks. To make up for it, they surprised us with fresh fruit and cookies. That kind of thoughtful, proactive hospitality is rare and truly made our experience special. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Go Hotel Ansgar

Staying at Go Hotel Ansgar in Copenhagen was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to the metro station and close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The neighborhood feels clean, quiet, and safe, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The room itself isn’t large, but it’s thoughtfully designed with all the essentials: a fridge, kettle, closet space, and plenty of storage. I even forgot to take photos of the room because I was so distracted by the beautiful view outside the window! Plus, the free luggage storage is a huge plus for travelers arriving early or departing late. Everything about this hotel felt well-considered, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Copenhagen.

CPH Hotel

Staying at CPH Hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms are brand new and beautifully designed with a modern touch—very stylish and comfortable. While the pool isn’t exclusive to the hotel, it’s open to the public and adds a lively vibe, especially with kids’ classes going on nearby. What stood out most was how close it is to the train station—just a short walk away, making travel around Copenhagen super convenient. Plus, there are plenty of great dining options within walking distance. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and local charm. Definitely planning to come back.

Fiftyseven Hotel Copenhagen

Staying at Fiftyseven Hotel Copenhagen was a really pleasant experience overall—its central location in the heart of the city made exploring everything so convenient. The room was mid-sized, clean, and had large windows that let in plenty of natural light, which added to the cozy vibe. However, one design choice stood out as a bit odd: the sink was placed in the main bedroom instead of the bathroom. I’ve never seen this setup in a hotel before, even though I’ve traveled quite a bit. The bathroom itself only had a shower and toilet—no sink at all—and there was barely any space to dry off afterward. It felt cramped and inconvenient. Plus, the frosted glass sliding door didn’t offer much privacy, which made me feel a little self-conscious when using the bathroom. While the hotel’s charm and location are definitely strong points, these layout quirks could be improved for better comfort and guest experience. Still, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located base in Copenhagen.

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen City

Staying at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen City was a great experience for a short visit. The location is unbeatable—just a quick walk from the main train and metro station, making travel in and around Copenhagen super convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting both of our large suitcases without any hassle. Even though the neighborhood is lively and full of energy, the room stayed quiet and peaceful throughout the night thanks to excellent sound insulation. It’s clear this hotel focuses on practicality and comfort rather than flashy extras, which works perfectly for travelers looking for a clean, efficient base. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Copenhagen who values convenience and a good night’s sleep.

Ascot Hotel

I picked this hotel based on the stellar reviews and its convenient location near Copenhagen’s Central Station, and I wasn’t let down at all. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station—though I’d recommend sticking to smoother sidewalks or the side of the road if you’re hauling luggage, since the cobblestones can be rough on wheels. Maybe the city could consider better pathways for travelers coming in and out of the main hub! The lobby is cozy and welcoming, with staff who are genuinely pleasant and helpful. You’ll need to carry your own bags, which is common across Europe but still worth noting. The room itself was spotless, with nice LED lighting, the ability to open the windows for fresh air, and a private coffee machine (though I never figured out how to use it!). The shower was excellent, with solid amenities and good water pressure. There’s also a secure locked storage room in the basement where you can safely leave your luggage. Despite being quiet and peaceful, the hotel is within easy walking distance of countless cafes, bars, and restaurants. This place truly delivers—great value, great vibe, and I’ll definitely be back. The little bar in the lobby adds a nice touch, though I didn’t try any of the other food or drink offerings.

Hotel Mayfair

My stay at Hotel Mayfair in Copenhagen was absolutely delightful. The staff were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary water and a few board games—such a thoughtful touch that added charm to the experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with decent heating (perfect for the mild weather), though the bathroom felt a bit cramped and the water pressure could use improvement. Breakfast was a highlight—especially the pastries, which were fresh, flaky, and delicious. I couldn’t resist having seconds! The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot—everything from museums to cafés is just a short walk away. With its friendly vibe, great breakfast, and unbeatable central spot, this hotel is a fantastic choice for any traveler visiting Copenhagen.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to help with a smile and quick response time. Room service was thoughtful too; everything from the bedding to the amenities felt high-quality and well-considered. What really stood out was the location—right next to a metro station and just steps from bus stops, making it super easy to get around Copenhagen whether for business or sightseeing. Taxis are also readily available nearby. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to the city!

I was completely impressed by Scandic Sluseholmen – one of the best stays I've had in Copenhagen! The location is perfect: just a short metro ride from the city center, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants.
