The elevator had a strong, foul odor, like something was rotting inside, making it nearly impossible to use. I immediately requested cancellation and refund, but the platform refused to process it, insisting on charging for both nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience shows a complete lack of customer care—money seems to be prioritized over guest well-being. If you value cleanliness, safety, and fair service, avoid this property at all costs. It’s not worth the risk or the price.
