The stay was excellent overall—clean apartment, top-notch amenities, and comfort that truly exceeded expectations. The staff was prompt and attentive, making the experience seamless. The only downside was the washing machine and stove not working properly, which left us a bit stranded for laundry and cooking. However, we managed to work around it without too much hassle. Despite that small issue, the overall quality of the hotel made it a fantastic choice, and I’d definitely book again.

It’s also very close to Brickell City Centre, so everything you need is within easy reach. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer beautiful views of the city. The rooftop pool is a real highlight—great vibe and well-maintained, though it does get busy during peak hours, so timing your visit wisely helps. The gym is large and offers stunning views of the Miami skyline, making workouts enjoyable. Overall, this hotel delivers on every front—excellent service, great value, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

The view from the window was stunning, and being right in downtown Miami made exploring the city so easy. There was plenty of room, everything was well thought out, and the management team went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Their responsiveness and attention to detail truly stood out. The kitchenette was fully equipped with clean, modern utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in—such a nice touch! I opted out of daily housekeeping and got two free drinks each day instead; a great little perk. The location is fantastic, just steps from the metro and close to everything we wanted to explore.
