The lobby itself feels like a mini lifestyle hub—featuring a convenient mini-market, boutique shops, a beauty salon, restaurants, a nightclub, and even a theater. The Olympic-sized pool is pristine and perfect for relaxing under the Miami sun. Every detail here screams convenience and luxury. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staying at this motel was a fantastic experience, especially because of the amazing beach just steps away. The white sand is soft and clean, and the warm, crystal-clear waters make it perfect for swimming or just relaxing by the shore. It’s very safe—feel free to leave your belongings on the beach while you dive in or take a walk along the water without any worries. The only downside is that parking at the motel itself can be pricey, especially on weekends when spots are hard to find. However, there’s a public parking lot near the convention center just a short walk away, costing $20 per day—this is definitely the most convenient and affordable option if you're arriving by car. Overall, the location, safety, and beach access make this a top choice for anyone visiting Miami.

The property is a hybrid setup—residents share amenities like the front desk, pool, hot tub, lounge, breakfast area, fitness center, parking, and elevators with the adjacent Arya Hotel—but it’s important to note that housekeeping and any other guest services aren’t provided by the hotel itself. Instead, you contact the property management directly, which works smoothly and efficiently. I stayed in a spacious 35 sqm studio on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the yacht club and Peacock Park. The room was fully equipped for both short and long stays: two queen-sized beds (very comfortable), a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, a well-appointed kitchenette with a stove, fridge, cookware, and utensils, plus indoor and terrace dining tables. The multimedia TV was top-notch, and the quiet neighborhood made for peaceful, restful sleep. Located just steps from the vibrant heart of Coconut Grove and only a 5-minute walk to the local marina, everything was within easy reach—great restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Despite being part of a larger complex, the unit felt private and well-designed. Considering the location, view, facilities, and price, this was one of the most value-for-money stays I’ve had in Miami. Highly recommended for couples or small families looking for comfort, convenience, and a real local vibe.

The kitchenette was fully equipped with clean, modern utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in—such a nice touch! I opted out of daily housekeeping and got two free drinks each day instead; a great little perk. The location is fantastic, just steps from the metro and close to everything we wanted to explore.
