Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and just 10–15 minutes to the beach access. Plus, there are four pools to enjoy, so no waiting around. Beds were super comfy—great for a good night’s sleep after long days. We didn’t dine at the on-site restaurant or tiki bar, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. One thing worth mentioning: the front desk staff could use a bit more warmth and patience. While not outright rude, her tone came across as dismissive, especially when I explained my delayed checkout due to a flight cancellation. I understand she’s doing her job, but a little more empathy would’ve gone a long way. That said, this isn’t a luxury resort—it’s affordable, clean, and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a relaxed family getaway. Despite the minor service hiccup, I’d definitely book here again. Oh, and I called three times before check-out just to remind them about the need for a clean room for my one-year-old grandson—thankfully, they followed up, and that part worked out well.

The place was clean, quiet, and well-located, making it a convenient option for a short stay. The kitchen and living area were spacious and functional, with a TV for entertainment—perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the mattress was extremely soft and had noticeable sagging, almost like sleeping on a hammock. There were no coil springs—just visible, worn-out springs that made the bed feel unstable and uncomfortable. I actually considered staying longer, but the poor mattress caused back pain by morning. If you're not sensitive to bedding quality, this could work out fine. But if comfort is a priority, you might want to reconsider. Overall, decent for the price, but the mattress really holds it back.
