The only minor note is that the dining table is a bit small and located directly under the air vent, so it can get a bit chilly during meals. However, this tiny detail didn’t affect our overall experience at all. The property offers great value and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a quiet, well-maintained retreat in Fort Lauderdale.

The only minor downside was some road noise, especially from traffic crossing the nearby lift bridge, which could be heard at times. That said, it didn’t ruin the overall experience. The place was clean, quiet, and well-located, making it a convenient option for a short stay. The kitchen and living area were spacious and functional, with a TV for entertainment—perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the mattress was extremely soft and had noticeable sagging, almost like sleeping on a hammock. There were no coil springs—just visible, worn-out springs that made the bed feel unstable and uncomfortable. I actually considered staying longer, but the poor mattress caused back pain by morning. If you're not sensitive to bedding quality, this could work out fine. But if comfort is a priority, you might want to reconsider. Overall, decent for the price, but the mattress really holds it back.
