My stay at Galaxy Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were attentive and responsive to our requests—truly going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. There was a minor hiccup during our visit, but both the hotel and the booking platform handled it promptly and professionally. One small regret: I accidentally left a few personal items behind, and the shipping cost to return them ended up being higher than the value of the items themselves—definitely a lesson learned! Despite that, the overall experience was outstanding. The convenience, service quality, and value for money made this a top-tier choice. I’ll definitely be using this platform again for future stays.

MGM Macau offers an exceptional experience with top-notch amenities and everything you could want right on site—dining, entertainment, and relaxation all in one. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is luxurious and welcoming. One tip: avoid booking breakfast through the platform—it's significantly more expensive than purchasing it on-site. I ended up saving a lot by buying breakfast directly at the hotel for just 280 MOP. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the only minor downside is the pricing inconsistency across booking channels. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a premium experience.

Grand Hyatt Macau

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday with the whole family on a three-night stay in Macau, and staying at Grand Hyatt Macau was an absolute highlight. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive—especially when they noticed we had kids. They even upgraded us to higher floors (18th and 20th) with stunning views of the City of Dreams fountain, which became a favorite spot for the little ones to enjoy every evening. The hallway was spacious and quiet, and the soundproofing in the rooms was impressive—no noise from other guests or hallways. Stepping into our room felt like entering a peaceful retreat: open layout, generous space, no sense of crowding. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and the kids couldn’t stop gushing over the fountain show. The bathroom was a dream—fully separated, with a huge soaking tub, dual vanities, overhead shower, soft ambient lighting, and a full-length mirror with a double door entry. It’s perfect for anyone who loves getting ready in style. We also loved the JBL Bluetooth alarm clock—we could stream our own music anytime. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the linens felt luxurious. Even more surprising was the quality of the amenities: Paris-Balmain toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap)—all high-end, beautifully scented, and deeply moisturizing. I didn’t bring any personal products this time, and honestly, I’m glad I didn’t. Everything was top-notch. This trip exceeded all expectations, and we’ve already decided to come back again. A truly memorable experience.

Staying at Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 was a fantastic experience, especially for travelers who value location and authenticity. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic district—just a 520-meter walk from the iconic Ruins of St. Paul's, with Praça do Sé (Senado Square) right nearby. You can easily explore the old town on foot, enjoying the charm of colonial architecture, local cafes, and bustling streets without needing to rely on transportation. While it’s not a large resort-style property with extensive shopping or entertainment options, the hotel delivers top-tier comfort, elegant design, and excellent service that truly reflect its five-star status. If you’re looking for a more modern, sprawling complex with big malls and attractions, then the Cotai area might be better suited. But if you want to immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Macau’s heritage district, this is an ideal choice. The convenience, ambiance, and overall value make it one of the best stays I’ve had in Macau.

City of Dreams - Nüwa Macau

I don’t usually write hotel reviews—just a quick rating and that’s it—but this time I really had to share my experience at City of Dreams - Nüwa Macau. After staying at several similar-tier hotels in the same brand, this was by far the best stay I’ve ever had, and it truly stood out in every way. From the moment I arrived at the door in a taxi to the final farewell when checking out, every staff member I met went above and beyond with genuine warmth and attention to detail. They helped with luggage, offered welcome drinks, gave thoughtful room briefings, and even made sure charging cables were neatly arranged during nightly turn-down service—small things, but they made such a difference. The breakfast was exceptional too—consistent high standards from the team, with daily rotating specialty dishes, including luxurious items like abalone and bird’s nest soup, which are rarely seen even in fine dining restaurants. The quality honestly felt comparable to Michelin-level meals. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, with stunning views, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout—plus complimentary mini-bar goodies. A big thank you to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other friendly faces I didn’t get to learn the names of. Your hospitality made the entire trip unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back—this is now my go-to choice in Macao.
