I highly recommend this hotel with complete confidence. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. Located right in the heart of Funchal, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city—just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, and restaurants. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help—arranging a local dinner reservation for me without hesitation. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh pastries, local cheeses, fruit, and excellent coffee. What truly stood out was the value—excellent quality at a fair price. If you're visiting Madeira, this is definitely a top choice. I’ll be back.

While the pool wasn’t open during my February visit (understood!), the rest of the facilities were in excellent condition. I appreciated the secure parking and seamless check-in process. It’s well-equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, sofa, wardrobe, and best of all, a stunning terrace overlooking the sea and banana trees. The hosts were incredibly warm and even gifted us fresh bananas straight from their garden—such a thoughtful touch! While the interior is a bit dim, it didn’t affect sleep at all. Street parking is available nearby, which is a big plus. And the location? Ideal for exploring the island. Everything you need is within reach, making it a truly convenient and memorable place to stay. Highly recommend this gem!
