From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—so much so that even the manager greeted us personally. Our room (2318) was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly relaxing. The view from day to night was stunning, with great cityscape views that added to the overall experience. Both rooms came with a bathtub and large windows, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It's rare to find such a high level of comfort and hospitality in one place. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

My spacious apartment had a full kitchen, which was a huge plus—I picked up groceries from a nearby supermarket and cooked meals at home, saving money and enjoying a more authentic experience. Breakfast isn’t included, but there’s a convenience store on-site and an incredibly stylish café right in front that opens at 7:30 AM—perfect for a morning coffee and light bite. Even though the hairdryer broke during my stay, I reported it immediately and the owner responded super quickly—replaced it within minutes. No complaints at all.
