The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what I needed after a long day. Its location is perfect for exploring Jakarta, with easy access to major attractions and transport links. The modern design and quiet atmosphere made it feel like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. Everything was well-maintained, from the bedding to the amenities, and the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jakarta.
Minimalist 2Br Apartment at Casa Grande Residence
I booked through a platform, but immediately after booking, I couldn’t cancel—no matter the mistake. To proceed with check-in, I had to go through another app, which was frustrating and not user-friendly. The platform claimed local support was available, but that turned out to be misleading. The app itself kept malfunctioning, causing more stress. Thankfully, a staff member from the app’s team (Roomboy) stepped in and helped me resolve everything at the last minute. Their prompt and friendly assistance saved the day. Overall, the entire experience was ruined by poor instructions and unreliable systems. I won’t be using this platform for any future bookings.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro was overall very positive and highly enjoyable. The front desk staff member with the last name starting with 'R' during check-in stood out—professional, friendly, and efficient, making a great first impression. However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
