My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro was overall very positive and highly enjoyable. The front desk staff member with the last name starting with 'R' during check-in stood out—professional, friendly, and efficient, making a great first impression. However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Turns out it's located in Menteng Executive Apartment—a classic yet luxurious residential complex in Jakarta. I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom unit at no extra cost, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and everything inside worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such comfort and quality in a central location—definitely a top choice for future visits. I’ll be coming back without hesitation.

Dining options are super convenient; just a 5-minute walk to Kuningan City Mall, perfect for grabbing a bite anytime. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and delicious — I couldn’t resist having seconds (and thirds!) 😁. This place offers incredible value and an unforgettable stay. Definitely coming back!
