She was also accompanied by another friendly staff member, Nora, who was just as welcoming. On check-out, another lovely lady at the front desk gave me a warm smile and efficient service—I didn’t catch her name, but her kindness stood out. Overall, the hospitality made all the difference. Celebrated my birthday on February 22nd, and the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a suite along with a thoughtful little gift—truly appreciated. We had two wonderful nights staying here, enjoying the convenient location and easy access to everything in Macau. The only minor downside is that some parts of the property still feel a bit dated, especially when walking back at night—there are quiet corridors that make it feel like you're going far for no reason. That said, the service was warm and welcoming, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'm already planning to come back in January 26th next year, hoping the renovations will be complete by then! The night views are stunning! One small downside is that there aren’t many dining options nearby, so we’d recommend planning meals ahead of time. But overall, it’s a minor issue. Special thanks to Allen from the concierge team—he went above and beyond when I lost an item on a bus. He promptly contacted the transit company and helped us recover it the same day. His professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Macau!
