The service exceeded our expectations—friendly staff at check-in made us feel welcome, and they even posted daily flag ceremony times in the lobby, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our family room came with a baby crib, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. Hot water came on instantly, and the room felt clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We didn’t expect much going in, but ended up having a truly comfortable stay. If we come back to Beijing, this will definitely be our first choice again.
