What really stood out was the housekeeping staff on the 7th floor, Ms. Zhang Juhong. She’s incredibly attentive, always smiling, and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. Her dedication and warmth made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Breakfast on the second floor is also fantastic—plenty of variety, from fresh pastries and hot porridge to fruit platters and local favorites. It’s a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. After just three days, I decided to extend for two more nights—proof of how comfortable and satisfied I felt. One standout feature was the bathroom: no sewer odor at all from the toilet, which is a common issue in many Beijing hotels due to poor drainage.
