The staff at Castle Residence Praha goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Mr. Konrad Link, the owner, is genuinely kind and incredibly attentive. When we couldn’t use the hotel restaurant one evening, he personally arranged a shuttle to take us into the city so we could enjoy dinner without any hassle. Even more impressive, when our son felt unwell, Mr. Link didn’t hesitate—he coordinated with the driver to pick up food for him right away. This level of care and thoughtfulness truly sets this place apart. The location is perfect—close to the castle yet quiet and peaceful. It’s clear that every detail is designed with guest comfort in mind. If you’re looking for a warm, personalized experience in Prague, this is the place to stay.
Lesser Town Pawlansky Apartments
The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, located in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to most attractions on foot. Public transportation, including trams, was convenient and frequent. The only downside was the noise from the busy street outside—earplugs are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the check-in process wasn’t smooth: no information was sent ahead of time, so I had to call to find out where to pick up the keys. Also, the key collection point closed at 11 PM, and it would’ve been helpful to know it was closing soon after arrival. Despite these hiccups, the apartment itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and stylish. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Prague.

Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic whirlpool tub that made for a relaxing evening. We dined at the hotel restaurant twice, and each meal exceeded expectations—excellent food, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. No complaints at all—this is a top-tier choice for anyone visiting Prague. Highly recommended for both couples and families looking for comfort, charm, and great value.

Staying at this 16th-century castle hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Eastern Europe. The views from the room were breathtaking—right across to Prague Castle, and it felt like we were living in a postcard. The location is perfect for exploring the historic castle district; it’s just a short walk away. Upon check-in, the staff went above and beyond—they personally escorted us to our room, even climbing up to the third floor when the elevator was too small for both of us and our luggage. That kind of attention to detail made all the difference. The rooms are spacious, with a surprisingly large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent—18 euros per person, but totally worth it. A wide variety of fresh options, served with a view of the cityscape. From the moment we arrived, every interaction felt warm and genuine. This was hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my entire Eastern European journey. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet incredibly convenient—just a few minutes by metro to the city center. The tram runs frequently, including late at night, and always on time. Special thanks to the front desk team—each of the three staff members was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. This hotel offers an exceptional balance of comfort, cleanliness, and location. I’d highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to Prague’s highlights.

The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, though it’s located right on the roadside, so we could hear occasional train noise and outside conversations. That said, the soundproofing kept it manageable, especially at night. One thing we appreciated was the separate bathroom and toilet layout—very convenient and private. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and a lovely vibe. Highly recommend for travelers who want a quiet yet central base in Prague.
