Even the security guard at the entrance gave a respectful salute to each vehicle entering and exiting—small touches that make a big difference. My room (5178 in the annex) was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The bedding was fresh and hygienic, and all towels were individually wrapped—very reassuring. Breakfast was generous and varied, and I was pleasantly surprised to find free late-night snacks available in the evening.
