She reached out before check-in to ask about our preferences, made sure everything was ready, and even brought fresh fruit upon arrival. She followed up throughout our stay to see how we were doing — so thoughtful and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Our room was upgraded free of charge by the front desk team, which made the stay even more special. On January 2nd, the housekeeping staff left a sweet handwritten note with a small gift—so thoughtful! Though I didn’t get a photo, it truly warmed my heart. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to both Line 2 and Line 6 of the metro, making it super easy to explore downtown Changsha. Everything from service to convenience was top-notch. Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My friends who visited also praised the value and hospitality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I’m already planning to return.
