While the property is a well-established four-star hotel with slightly older facilities compared to brand-new ones, the management and service truly stand out. Even the security guard at the entrance gave a respectful salute to each vehicle entering and exiting—small touches that make a big difference. My room (5178 in the annex) was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The bedding was fresh and hygienic, and all towels were individually wrapped—very reassuring.
