The entire property is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail—elegant style, immaculate cleanliness, lush greenery, and top-notch amenities. The staff went above and beyond with their warm and attentive service. My room was beautifully furnished, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a spacious bathroom featuring both a shower and bathtub—perfect for relaxation after a long day. As an Italian traveler, I was especially pleased to find a bidet in the bathroom! The only minor suggestion for improvement: the rooms don’t have European-style electrical outlets, so travelers from Europe may need a travel adapter. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a convenient location just a short ride from downtown Johannesburg. I’d definitely stay here again.

Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. This place feels like a hidden sanctuary, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. A perfect blend of comfort, charm, and hospitality.

Even during power outages, the backup generator kicks in seamlessly, so life goes on without interruption. The Wi-Fi is lightning fast, ideal for streaming or working remotely. The food was fantastic—especially the lunches, which were both delicious and well-prepared, keeping everyone energized throughout the week. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. From check-in to daily support, their dedication made a real difference. All delegates left feeling satisfied and well taken care of. It’s clear this hotel truly values guest experience, and we’ll definitely consider returning for future events.

Even having a drink in your room triggered constant attention from security staff, making it feel oppressive and unwelcoming. The location is decent and close to public transit, but the overall atmosphere and treatment of guests were far from comfortable or respectful. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Avoid at all costs.

Bringing your own glassware is a must. Despite this small drawback, the overall experience was solid, especially for the price. The location is convenient for exploring Johannesburg, and public transport access is straightforward. A great option if you're looking for a relaxed, clean hostel vibe with good outdoor spaces.
