However, the room didn’t match the photos online and felt much smaller than expected. We booked 45 days in advance, but upon arrival at 8:30 PM, our reservation wasn’t showing in the system, and there was no record of payment. Breakfast was not included, and to our surprise, there was no TV in the room, no refrigerator, and no bottle of water provided. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and workers start early in the morning, making a lot of noise that made it hard to sleep. Overall, the lack of proper planning, organization, and administrative control was disappointing. Despite the issues, we received no compensation, discount, or upgrade to make up for the experience. It’s definitely not worth the price, especially if you’re looking for a stress-free stay.

Also, a group of people would gather in that area every evening, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unsafe or crowded. Still, despite these drawbacks, the unit was comfortable and well-designed. With better management of the outdoor space and hygiene, this place could be even better. Overall, a solid stay with room for improvement.
