Upon arrival, we found no cleaning had been done in our apartment—no fresh towels, no extra toilet paper, and no one greeted us or provided guidance on who to contact for assistance. When I tried to report issues at reception, I was directed to reach out to the person I booked through, but they seemed unfamiliar with the platform I used. After some back-and-forth, I was given a name and number, only to be told there was no cleaning service for apartments—a surprising and unacceptable policy, especially since I’ve never stayed at a hotel or apartment without such basic upkeep. The washing machine and dryer were completely non-functional, and we had no idea how to use the safe. To make matters worse, the apartment was infested with cockroaches. We were eventually given new towels after complaining, but no further action was taken to fix the laundry machines or provide trash bags as promised. This lack of communication and follow-through made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to carefully consider their options before booking here.
