The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed—no complaints at all. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is that the elevators are showing their age and could use an upgrade. But overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, location, and value in Cartagena.

The reception area was dirty, never swept, and had a musty smell that lingered in the air. No shampoo or soap was provided—just basic towels with no extras. The Wi-Fi password didn’t work, and despite asking multiple times, we were never given a working one. Staff were unresponsive and unfriendly. The photos online are misleading—the actual room looked nothing like the pictures. While the price was affordable, the quality doesn’t match at all. For such a low rating, it’s hard to recommend. We’ll definitely not be returning.

Also, a group of people would gather in that area every evening, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unsafe or crowded. Still, despite these drawbacks, the unit was comfortable and well-designed. With better management of the outdoor space and hygiene, this place could be even better. Overall, a solid stay with room for improvement.
