The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was exceptional: fresh, well-prepared, and offered a great variety of options. My room, 814, had an amazing view overlooking the city, especially stunning at sunrise. The location is perfect for exploring Medellín—just a short ride to the downtown area and close to the stadium. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort, service, and value all in one place. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

When I got to my room, there was no air conditioning—just a fan—and honestly, that wasn’t acceptable. I had to request a room change, but the new one had a broken AC too. That was really disappointing. On a brighter note, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—the female team members were especially warm and polite, which made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has strong potential with its location and service, but the unreliable air conditioning needs urgent attention. Would consider staying again if the technical issues are fixed.

I booked four nights through a platform and then extended my stay with three additional nights directly at the hotel—definitely a sign this place is worth it! Located at Carrera 50 D, Calle 62, Hotel Eterna Primavera is just a short walk from the Nutibara bus station (Calle 53, Cra. 50), making airport transfers super convenient. It’s also only about ten minutes on foot to UdeA university, perfect for students or business travelers. The neighborhood feels safe, with plenty of local cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated the straightforward booking process and the overall value. If you're looking for a comfortable, central, and hassle-free stay in Medellín, this hotel delivers.
Hotel California City
I stayed at Hotel California City in Medellín, and unfortunately the experience didn't meet expectations. While the facilities looked decent on paper, the actual service was average, and the room amenities were extremely lacking. Upon arrival, I noticed the bed only had a mattress sheet—no extra blanket or cover—and the towel was visibly dirty with hair strands. I requested an additional sheet, but it never arrived. To make matters worse, there was no shampoo provided. The room itself wasn’t well-maintained, which was disappointing. If you're looking for a hotel with a pool, this isn’t the place—go elsewhere. Overall, the value for money wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
