Thank you to the Meliá Sky team for an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, Dominic (hope I got the name right) welcomed us with genuine warmth and even upgraded us to one of their best rooms—something we’re still incredibly grateful for. Barcelona has always been a favorite city of ours, but this experience made it even more special. The location was perfect: steps away from public transit, the beach, and some of the most vibrant restaurants in town. We loved relaxing by the rooftop pool, especially on hot afternoons. But honestly, the real highlight was our room—unbeatable views, top-notch comfort, and attention to detail that made every moment feel luxurious. If you're planning a trip to Barcelona, this hotel should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just a 200-meter walk to both the metro and bus stops, making airport transfers super convenient. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of Barcelona, especially during sunset, and it’s an ideal spot for photos or just relaxing. While the pool isn’t used in winter, it’s well-maintained and adds great charm to the property. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. Staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in-room. They also provide a nice hygiene kit—small touches that make a big difference. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend this gem if you're visiting Barcelona!

Absolutely fantastic! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Located just a short walk from the city center, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Barcelona. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—my bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the warm weather. The staff were friendly and attentive; they even upgraded me to a better room without hesitation, which was such a nice surprise. Breakfast was outstanding—great variety with both Western and local Catalan options, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Barcelona, this is hands-down a top choice. I’ll definitely be returning.

Our stay at Alcam Enamorats was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and local shops. We really appreciated having access to a washer and air conditioning, which made our trip much more comfortable, especially during the warmer days. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space and natural light. Communication with Martí was prompt and professional—he was always available to help with any questions or requests. The entire experience felt personal and welcoming. I’d happily book again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The communication with the host was absolutely terrible. We paid 570€ in advance, but due to a missed flight (Ryanair), we couldn't make it to the apartment. Despite this, they charged us an additional 300€ for 'safety' and kept deducting fees for another 20 days afterward. Not only did they refuse to discuss any refund, but they also completely ignored our messages — no response at all. It’s extremely frustrating to go through such poor customer service, especially when the cancellation was entirely out of our control. The lack of transparency and basic respect made the entire experience very negative. I would not recommend staying here and urge others to be cautious when booking.

We stayed in Barcelona for a few days and booked through this company, but the experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was poor—response times were extremely long, which made it frustrating when we needed assistance. The apartment itself was not clean at all and looked nothing like the photos online. It felt outdated and poorly maintained. Definitely not what I’d expect from a 'Top' rated property. I’d strongly recommend looking for alternative accommodations managed by different providers. This one didn’t live up to its name or expectations.
