There was a minor issue in the bathroom: the floor gets wet during showers, but it dried completely within two hours, so it wasn’t a real inconvenience. The mini-fridge worked perfectly, keeping drinks cool throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—a great mix of European and Filipino dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We loved the included fruits and variety of non-alcoholic beverages. On the 19th floor, there’s a small but beautiful pool with breathtaking views of the city skyline, plus a fully equipped gym. Staff even handed us beach towels—such a thoughtful touch. One small suggestion: larger water bottles would’ve been helpful given how hot Cebu can get, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience.
