Free bottled water was provided in the room, though there was no electric kettle or complimentary coffee—something to keep in mind if you're used to those amenities. One thing worth noting: the power outlets are different from what I’m used to, and they don’t provide universal travel adapters. I ended up leaving my power bank at the front desk to charge since my phone wouldn’t charge otherwise—so bring your own adapter! The bathroom had hot water for showers, which was a big plus. During breakfast, just before heading back to my room, I noticed an Indian couple outside their room looking concerned. They mentioned their bathroom had no hot water. I suggested they contact the front desk for help. Looking at the photo I attached, there’s a white machine mounted on the ceiling—likely the water heater control unit. It might just be that they didn’t know how to turn it on. A quick instruction could solve this issue. Overall, despite a few minor oversights, my stay was extremely comfortable and stress-free. This is an honest review—no sponsorship involved. For the quality of service, comfort, and location, I’d happily return.
