Since I had a business meeting to prepare for, Helen from the executive floor arranged a complimentary meeting room for two hours—so thoughtful and helpful! The room itself is spacious and designed in a clean, minimalist style that feels both modern and calming. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, it’s well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. For business travelers seeking reliable service and a comfortable stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The front desk staff are incredibly attentive and always prepared with anything you might need: chopsticks, insulated food bags, umbrellas, even a translation tool. Their responsiveness and warmth stand out compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed at across multiple countries. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a well-balanced mattress—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel cozy. Linens are crisp, clean, and smooth to the touch, while towels are fresh, plush, and branded with the hotel’s logo—such a nice detail. Breakfast is thoughtfully varied; the chef at the buffet line actually prepares different dishes each day instead of repeating the same menu, which keeps it interesting. While not fancy, the food is always satisfying, flavorful, and abundant—never left me hungry. On the ground floor, there’s a small convenience store, coin-operated laundry machines (they provide detergent pods and even loan drying racks), and vending machines offering everything from socks to power banks at great prices. Just across the street, 200 meters away, is Jiatai Metro Station on Line 14 (Exit B), leading directly into a bustling shopping center filled with restaurants, cafes, and stores—perfect for exploring.
