The stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff member kindly upgraded us to a family suite without any extra charge—such a pleasant surprise after a long journey. Breakfast was outstanding—every day offered something different, with quality and variety that surpassed many other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The local Suzhou-style noodles were especially memorable—better than anything I’ve had at restaurants outside the hotel. Even better, the hotel is directly connected to the Panmen Scenic Area, allowing free entry. We arrived just in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival lantern display and live performances—beautiful lighting, cultural shows, and festive atmosphere all right on site. No need to go elsewhere to enjoy the highlights of the season. This place truly delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The location is ideal—close to metro access, walking distance to cultural spots, and surrounded by authentic local atmosphere. If you're visiting Suzhou, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

We stayed here as a family and chose the duplex twin room—perfect for us! The space was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making communication smooth and enjoyable throughout our visit. What really stood out was the location—it's literally steps from the metro station. Just a short walk south takes you to Guanqian Street, east leads to Pingjiang Road in just 10 minutes, and heading north brings you straight to the Lion Grove Garden, Humble Administrator’s Garden, and Suzhou Museum—all within walking distance of each other. Even the furthest one (Suzhou Museum) is only about 20 minutes away on foot. In August, it gets extremely hot and the streets get crowded, so taking the metro is not just convenient but also a smart way to avoid the heat and traffic. This place offers unbeatable value and convenience. We’ll definitely come back if we ever return to Suzhou!
