When I arrived at the front desk, they noticed me before I even reached them and rushed over to help with my bags. They even walked me all the way down to the door and helped me get a taxi. I was genuinely moved—this level of care is rare. And the location? Perfect. All major sights—Dmitrievsky Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and the Winter Palace—are within a 5-10 minute walk.
