The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, offering local tips and going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless and welcoming. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of. If I’m ever back in Vancouver, I’ll definitely book here again—highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at Suite Smart Vancouver was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment you walk in, the modern design and thoughtful touches instantly impress—then it hits you again the next morning when you step out onto your bedroom balcony and take in the stunning view. The room blends luxury with comfort perfectly, and the hosts made us feel truly welcome with a personal touch that felt genuine and warm. Having a rooftop terrace and an indoor pool on-site is such a rare and welcome bonus—something you wouldn’t expect in this kind of stay. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, lush, and upscale, with great dining options and boutique shops just a short stroll away. It’s also super convenient for getting around town via public transit. This place truly delivers beyond expectations—highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and well-located retreat in Vancouver.

I chose this hotel specifically to catch an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short ride to the airport, and the free shuttle service made everything so stress-free. From check-in to checkout, the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable—exactly what you'd expect from a reliable brand. I’ve always trusted booking through the platform, and this stay reinforced that confidence. Great value, excellent service, and a seamless experience for travelers on tight schedules.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the exceptional quality and thoughtful design of this property. The blend of classic elegance and modern functionality is truly outstanding. Every detail reflects care and attention — from the spacious layout to the high-end finishes and smart storage solutions. It’s clear that comfort and style were both prioritized. Located just minutes from downtown Vancouver, it’s easy to explore the city on foot or via public transit. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this vacation home offers a perfect balance of luxury and practicality. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Vancouver.

Absolutely stunning experience at Cambie Lodge! Nestled in a quiet, green area yet just a short transit ride from downtown Vancouver, the location is perfect for both relaxation and easy access to city attractions. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed—comfortable bed, great lighting, and thoughtful touches everywhere. Breakfast was exceptional: fresh, locally sourced, and served with a warm smile. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find such quality combined with affordability. I’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Vancouver—whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. Would definitely come back!

I rarely leave reviews, but after a four-day stay at Diana's Luxury B&B, I felt compelled to warn others. This place couldn’t be further from luxury—it’s more like a cluttered storage unit than a home. Every inch of floor and wall space is packed with cheap, mass-market knickknacks—let’s be honest, they’re not even decorative, just messy. No air conditioning forced the host to keep steel shutters closed all day, making the interior stuffy and eerie. The bed was uncomfortable, with low-quality bedding that caused back pain each morning—plus, the sheets were mismatched and stained with bleach marks. Breakfast was worse: a hard-boiled egg, dry bread, a small yogurt, and half a fruit. Minimal, unappetizing, and uninspired. Even the spreads—jam, peanut butter, etc.—were in large jars reused over and over by countless guests. It’s gross, honestly. We paid a lot for four nights, and it completely ruined our trip. I truly feel cheated. Please think twice before booking here—there are far better, more comfortable, and hygienic options available at a fraction of the cost. Don’t waste your money or time.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from downtown Vancouver and very convenient for public transit. The only downside is that the hosts only speak Chinese, so guests who don’t understand Mandarin will need to rely on a translation app. That said, it’s a minor hurdle considering how well-maintained the villa is, the comfortable layout, and the peaceful neighborhood. Everything else was spot-on: clean, quiet, and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Vancouver.

I was truly impressed with my stay at The Sunshine House—everything exceeded my expectations. From the warm and welcoming staff to the spotless, well-maintained rooms, it’s clear that attention to detail matters here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing made for a peaceful night’s sleep. What stood out most was the complimentary parking—huge plus when you're exploring Vancouver by car. The location is perfect: close to public transit, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, and just a short walk from downtown attractions. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this one stands out for its genuine hospitality and value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver—this is definitely my top pick for future trips.

It's truly disappointing to see a property with heritage status allowed to deteriorate so badly. There are multiple holes in the roof, the yard and garden are completely neglected, and the surrounding area shows no signs of maintenance. Water pressure is weak, and the temperature control is inconsistent—during winter, the heating isn’t sufficient, making it necessary to wear a jacket just to stay warm. It’s clear the owners don’t care much about the property, let alone guest comfort. Yet they’re still happy to take your money. Avoid this place—your money would be better spent elsewhere. The condition is only going to get worse, and more complaints will follow. Eventually, the City of Vancouver may be forced to shut it down, which it absolutely should. This isn’t a proper B&B anymore—it’s a warning sign.

Out of all the places I stayed during my trip—including a few solid hotels—this one truly stood out as the absolute best. The room was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a warm, welcoming home away from home. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens were fresh and high-quality, which made a big difference in comfort. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even shared local tips that made our stay so much more enjoyable. And then there’s the cat—adorable beyond words! He stole my heart the moment I saw him, and I couldn’t stop smiling every time he wandered by. I genuinely fell in love with him. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vancouver.

This motel truly stands out as one of the best in Vancouver, with an unbeatable location just minutes from downtown and easy access to public transit. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—beds are incredibly cozy, making it perfect for a restful night’s sleep. What really impressed me was the value for money; you get so much more than expected at this price point. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings, and a great sense of security made the entire stay enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vancouver and will definitely be returning.

Stayed at a B&B managed by a Chinese host. Originally booked a hostel, but due to a staff error, it was already fully booked and we couldn’t check in. The team quickly arranged a transfer to another nearby B&B just a 10-minute drive away—no hassle at all. The alternative place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. While the initial mix-up was a bit stressful, the staff handled it professionally and with great care. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, despite the hiccup, the experience was positive, especially considering the value and friendly service. Definitely worth recommending.
