Even though the two outer rooms are right next to the street, once you step inside and close the door, you’d never know there’s traffic just beyond the wall—excellent soundproofing. The location is unbeatable: literally just a couple of steps from the Arena, perfectly positioned in the heart of the city with all major sights and local spots within easy reach. Enrico, the owner of this charming five-room property, was incredibly kind and attentive to every need—especially when a small issue arose on our last day, which he handled promptly and thoughtfully. Rooms are consistently clean and well-organized; our room (3G) had a spacious, comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—fresh pastries, jams, yogurt, and freshly squeezed juice, always served with a warm smile by Enrico himself. The value-for-money ratio is outstanding, especially given how central the hotel is. If I had to find a tiny flaw, maybe the mattress and pillows could be slightly more plush—but honestly, you can still sleep well on them! Overall, a delightful, authentic stay in a fantastic location. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, charm, and great hospitality without the hassle.
