Plus, there are plenty of charming cafes and boutiques within walking distance. The overall vibe is elegant yet welcoming, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. A truly memorable stay—I’d definitely come back.

The layout is thoughtfully designed: kitchen, living area, dining space, and two separate bedrooms—all in one elegant, historic 1906 building. I especially loved the small balcony overlooking the street, perfect for people-watching and enjoying a quiet morning coffee. We celebrated New Year here as a family, and the cozy atmosphere made it truly memorable. While there’s no on-site restaurant, the neighborhood is packed with amazing dining options—no need to go far. The lighting controls took a little getting used to, but once we figured them out, they worked fine. There’s some traffic noise since the building faces the street, but it didn’t bother us at all—more of a charming urban soundtrack than a nuisance. The 1,000 EUR deposit might seem steep, but it makes sense given the property’s heritage and luxury feel. Overall, this place offers incredible value, character, and comfort. Highly recommend for travelers who appreciate history, design, and authentic local vibes.

It’s in the Eixample district, which feels safe and vibrant. The property itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and with limited rooms, it stays quiet and peaceful—perfect for a good night’s sleep. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants nearby, along with authentic local eateries and supermarkets, so everything you need is just steps away. Getting to the train station takes about 10 minutes by taxi, and the airport is reachable within 30 minutes—super convenient. But what really stood out was the service: the front desk team, especially Luana, went above and beyond. She personally arranged a room facing Sagrada Família, which made the stay truly special. Exceptional attention to detail and warm hospitality. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! Clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished—exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a lift in the building, making everything super convenient. The location is unbeatable: the balcony of the living room offers a stunning view of Sagrada Família, which is just a few steps away. The area is lively with tourists but also very residential, quiet at night, and safe. Public transport is within walking distance—metro and bus stops are right outside. There are plenty of nearby shops: supermarkets, bakeries, delis, cafes, and great restaurants. Parking on the street is tough, so I’d recommend booking a spot at one of the nearby covered parking lots in advance. The front desk is located inside the building, but we found it often closed during our stay. Check-out was smooth despite no one being present, and our deposit was refunded about a week later without any hassle. Overall, this place exceeded all expectations. If we ever return to Barcelona, we’ll definitely book here again—it’s truly a gem.

The shower and bed were both comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated—like coming home. This place truly captures the warmth and artistic spirit of Barcelona.
