Had an excellent stay at The Dolphin Park Hotel – truly a hidden gem in Virugambakkam. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Even though the hotel is a bit off the main tourist trail, it’s conveniently located near public transport, making day trips easy. While the location is convenient for nearby attractions like St. Thomas Mount Church and Phoenix Marketcity, the poor hygiene standards make it hard to recommend. I’ve stayed in better-rated accommodations for similar prices elsewhere. If cleanliness isn’t prioritized, it’s unlikely I’ll consider returning or recommending this place to others.
