The stay at this property was disappointing overall. The room was not clean at all—there were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom floor had stubborn residue that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. While the location is convenient for nearby attractions like St. Thomas Mount Church and Phoenix Marketcity, the poor hygiene standards make it hard to recommend. I’ve stayed in better-rated accommodations for similar prices elsewhere. If cleanliness isn’t prioritized, it’s unlikely I’ll consider returning or recommending this place to others.

This was my second stay at Hotel Southern Comfort, and I’m happy to say the experience lived up to my expectations. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great local eateries. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who went the extra mile. One downside was the lunch menu at the on-site restaurant—it felt overpriced for what you get. Also, some of the dining staff kept asking for tips after the bill, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. That said, these minor issues didn’t take away from the overall positive impression. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-frills hotel in Chennai with good value and convenient access, this place is definitely worth considering.

I felt truly comfortable and secure during my stay at Zingle Stay Airport Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the location was convenient—just a short walk from the airport, making travel stress-free. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel at ease right away. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Safety is clearly a priority here, and it’s evident in the thoughtful layout and attentive service. I especially appreciated the reliable free Wi-Fi and quiet rooms, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long flight. Overall, this was an exceptional experience—highly recommend for anyone passing through Chennai.
The Vijay Park- Near Airport
This was an extremely disappointing stay. We had booked the hotel a month in advance, but upon arrival, the security guard greeted us with a sour expression and claimed there were no rooms available. After showing our booking confirmation, we were finally allowed to check in. The room had a musty smell, and the bed sheets were stained. The bidet hose handle came loose, causing water to splash everywhere. To make matters worse, we were charged 50 rupees for three bottles of water—despite not requesting them. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against staying here.

We stayed at Trident Chennai for two nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff went above and beyond by adding an extra bed for our child, making the room feel spacious and comfortable. While some areas of the hotel show signs of age, the overall condition is solid, and cleanliness is consistently high. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead. Breakfast is a must-try; it’s delicious, well-prepared, and offers a great mix of local and international options. If you're visiting Chennai, this hotel delivers comfort, quality, and hospitality that makes every moment feel special.

Staying at Radisson Blu Hotel & Suites GRT Chennai was a truly delightful experience. Cleanliness stood out—every corner, from the bathroom to the floors, felt spotless and freshly maintained.
