This was our top choice on a two-week European adventure, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The room was spacious—really impressive—and the bathroom was just as generous, with a fantastic rain shower that made every morning feel like a treat. Best of all, it’s perfectly located—just a short walk from the train station, and even closer to major attractions like the Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli. We also loved strolling around the area to find cozy cafes and great local restaurants. A standout stay in every way!

The cleanliness was spotless, the bathroom had a shower, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and even a thoughtful welcome basket with water, tea, coffee, and croissants—such a nice touch. It’s literally a stone’s throw from Piazza dei Miracoli, making sightseeing effortless. The hostess was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches: free parking just steps away, a well-stocked fridge available 24/7, and a breakfast spread that’s more than generous—coffee, tea, cereals, fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, milk, fruit juices, cookies, and even beer! It’s rare to find such attention to detail in a B&B. The location is ideal for exploring Pisa and nearby towns like Lucca—easy access by train or car. If we ever return to Pisa, this will be our first choice without hesitation. Highly recommended!

It’s only about a 10-minute stroll to the train station, making day trips super easy. A taxi to the airport takes roughly 15€—a fair price for the convenience. Whether you're here for history, food, or just a relaxing break in Tuscany, this guesthouse delivers comfort, charm, and excellent value. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and very convenient for exploring the city center. The view from the room is fantastic, and the area is full of charm. However, the service was a major letdown. There was no front desk staff during check-in, and calls went unanswered for hours—after nearly 30 attempts and a wait of about four hours, someone finally responded. It’s frustrating to arrive at a hotel expecting a smooth experience and be left hanging. Despite the excellent location and great views, the lack of basic hospitality really affects the overall impression. Hope they can improve communication and guest support in the future.

Holiday Pisa Gare
We stayed at Holiday Pisa Gare from July 25 to 30 as a family of four, including our friends and a young child. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the train station, making it super easy to get around by foot or public transit. The staff were welcoming and gave us a quick tour with clear explanations. Bathrooms and toilets are shared in common areas, which some guests might find inconvenient, but the morning cleaning team does a solid job keeping things tidy. It’s expected that guests help maintain cleanliness after use—no big issue for us. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, especially when sharing the space with other travelers. There’s also the option to take your meal back to your room if you prefer more privacy. The young woman working breakfast was kind and helpful throughout. Our room was functional and comfortable: a good-sized bed, a fold-out sofa for the kid, plus a TV and desk. The only downside during summer was the lack of air conditioning—closing windows didn’t help much with street noise. But since we left early and returned late every day, and our main goal was just a clean, quiet place to sleep and freshen up, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, we found this stay very budget-friendly and well worth it. If we ever return to Pisa, we’d definitely choose this place again—especially for value without sacrificing basic comfort.
