Though I didn’t get to enjoy dining on-site during my visit, the location more than makes up for it—Pisa’s Leaning Tower is just a 5-minute walk away, and public transport is super convenient. Despite being near train tracks, the rooms are remarkably quiet, which made for a restful night's sleep. My spacious room featured a dedicated dressing area and a generously sized bathroom—very luxurious. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. This place truly delivers on comfort, style, and convenience. I can’t recommend it enough—worth every penny.

The owner’s mother unexpectedly showed up to check on the room, but instead of handling a simple matter calmly, she completely lost control. What could have been resolved in just 3–4 minutes turned into a chaotic and emotionally charged confrontation. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate—far beyond what one would expect from someone managing a guest accommodation. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it deeply affected our experience and cast a shadow over our entire visit to Pisa. The owners’ response afterward only confirmed their lack of professionalism—instead of addressing the issue constructively, they resorted to a long, defensive reply typical of those who avoid accountability. That kind of reaction speaks volumes about their attitude toward guests. For anyone looking for a peaceful, respectful stay in Tuscany, we strongly advise against choosing this property. It’s not worth risking your travel experience over poor management and emotional outbursts.
