Cleanliness is outstanding: fresh linens are changed frequently, all surfaces are thoroughly sanitized, and there’s no lingering odor. Safety measures are comprehensive, including up-to-date fire systems, 24/7 surveillance, emergency protocols, and strong privacy protection. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, steps away from public transit, and just a short walk from major attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. With such high-end facilities, impeccable service, and a prime location, the value for money is truly exceptional. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a must-visit for anyone visiting Pisa.

Staying at B&B Attico Sulla Torre was an absolute delight. Located on the third floor of a historic building tucked away in a quiet alley, it’s surprisingly convenient with a private elevator—no hassle at all. The property has four rooms, all equipped with self-check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The shared living area is cozy and welcoming, while our room, Floreale, was spacious with a lovely mezzanine level—perfect for relaxing. Best of all? The view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the window felt like it was just two steps away. The cleanliness was spotless, the bathroom had a shower, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and even a thoughtful welcome basket with water, tea, coffee, and croissants—such a nice touch. It’s literally a stone’s throw from Piazza dei Miracoli, making sightseeing effortless. The hostess was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. For the prime location and quality, the price is absolutely fair. Highly recommended if you want a unique, authentic experience in Pisa.

Staying at Hotel Galilei was an absolute delight. Located in the heart of Pisa, it's just a short walk from the Leaning Tower and all the city's main attractions—perfect for exploring on foot. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with clean, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful tips and local recommendations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies. Everything about this stay felt premium, yet the price was surprisingly fair. A 10/10 experience—I’d happily book again without hesitation.

Staying at Grand Hotel Duomo was an absolute delight. Just a one-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, we woke up to the sight of the iconic tower right outside our window—truly unforgettable. Hotel la Pace is an absolute gem in Pisa! The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk from the central train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and beyond. Our stay at Luigino B&B in Pisa was unfortunately ruined by an extremely unprofessional and distressing incident. The owner’s mother unexpectedly showed up to check on the room, but instead of handling a simple matter calmly, she completely lost control. What could have been resolved in just 3–4 minutes turned into a chaotic and emotionally charged confrontation. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate—far beyond what one would expect from someone managing a guest accommodation. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it deeply affected our experience and cast a shadow over our entire visit to Pisa. The owners’ response afterward only confirmed their lack of professionalism—instead of addressing the issue constructively, they resorted to a long, defensive reply typical of those who avoid accountability. That kind of reaction speaks volumes about their attitude toward guests. For anyone looking for a peaceful, respectful stay in Tuscany, we strongly advise against choosing this property. It’s not worth risking your travel experience over poor management and emotional outbursts.

Staying at Royal Victoria Hotel was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—right on the bridge, in a prime spot between the train station and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. From the moment you step inside, it feels like entering a living museum. The architectural details are stunning, with clear references to the Victorian era, and it’s actually a protected heritage building—so much character and history. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, with a great variety of fresh options. Everything about this stay felt special—convenient, elegant, and authentic. Definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Pisa.

Staying at B&B Antica Piazza dei Miracoli was an absolute delight. Nestled in a historic palace, the property exudes charm and character. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with stunning high ceilings that add to the elegant atmosphere. The bathroom is impressively large—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. We stayed for six nights, using Pisa as a fantastic base to discover Tuscany’s countryside and charming towns. Parking is available right on-site, which was incredibly convenient. Every morning, our room was thoroughly cleaned and freshened up—beds neatly made, towels replaced, and everything spotless. The breakfast was abundant and varied, offering something for everyone. There’s also a small fridge in the hallway where you can grab cold drinks anytime. Free water was provided, while beer and wine were available for purchase—fair and transparent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests, not just customers. This place truly stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail. I’d happily return and recommend it to any traveler looking for a memorable stay in Pisa.

Staying at Hotel di Stefano in Pisa was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Leaning Tower, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Our room was spacious and well-ventilated, with plenty of natural light streaming in during the day. The bathroom was surprisingly large and clean, adding to the comfort. The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem—relaxing there in the evening with a cold drink, chatting under the stars while gazing at the iconic Leaning Tower, was unforgettable. We even picked up some postcards from the lobby to take home as souvenirs. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the overall experience was truly exceptional. If you're visiting Pisa, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

I stayed at Colorado Home for two nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is excellent—just a 10 to 15-minute ride from the airport and about 20 minutes to the train station, with plenty of great pizzerias and restaurants right nearby. The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Breakfast was simple but delicious, perfect for starting the day. This place offers amazing value for money and truly stands out among other accommodations I’ve stayed at in Pisa. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Staying at Da Debby was a bit of a disappointment despite its convenient location near the hospital, ferry terminal, and nearby supermarkets. The bed was comfortable with clean linens, but the blanket looked used and hadn’t been refreshed—definitely not hygienic. The bathroom was tidy, but the shower area had visible mold, and someone had started using toilet paper without replacing it. There were no small soap dispensers, and no towel rack in sight. In the kitchen, we found no dishwashing detergent—even in small amounts—and absolutely no decent sponge for washing dishes. Cleaning overall left much to be desired. Outside on the balcony, there was a locked washing machine with clothes still inside, which was awkward and unprofessional. We booked for three people—a couple and our 11-year-old son—but the only option for him was a very uncomfortable sofa that opened into two, leaving a deep gap down the middle where he couldn’t sleep properly. We ended up bringing our own pillows, as the ones provided were thin and lumpy. The apartment is on the sixth floor of an older building in a fairly busy neighborhood, so we felt unsafe leaving anything in the car. Since we needed to catch an early morning ferry, we had to carry all our luggage in and out every day—very inconvenient. And to top it off, our neighbor was a noisy Indian myna bird that chattered nonstop from dawn till dusk. It was distracting and annoying. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Poor maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and constant disruptions made this stay unpleasant. I won’t be returning.
