Green Club Hotel
We stayed at Green Club Hotel in Sochi during winter, and despite limited access to the sea (only reachable by bus to the city center, about a 10-minute ride), I’d highly recommend this place. The hotel has a cozy, intimate vibe, and all rooms were occupied—proof of its popularity. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful with every question we had. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly—no complaints at all. A special shout-out to the café team! We only had breakfast here, but it was absolutely outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious food. It made our mornings so enjoyable. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and reaching the city center takes around 10 minutes by bus. We got off at the Circus stop, walked to the waterfront, and then strolled down to the Sea Train Station—great way to explore. As a group of five from St. Petersburg, we were thoroughly impressed. The experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely be back here on our next trip to Sochi!

I stayed at Atmosfera Park Hotel in Sochi from April 25 to May 4, 2024, in room 2208 — and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property is essentially a residential-style apartment building located on the first and second floors of a high-rise, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, enjoying local walks, and being just a short distance from the Black Sea. Check-in time was clearly listed as 3:00 PM, and if you arrive earlier, there’s a secure spot to leave your luggage while you start discovering Sochi. My room, on the second floor with a view of the Dendrarium park, was pure magic — waking up to birdsong in the morning and the rich, earthy scent after rain was such a peaceful way to begin the day. All appliances worked perfectly: stove, kettle, fridge, TV, microwave, hairdryer — everything you’d need. The kitchenware set was sufficient for preparing simple meals. Attention to detail made a big difference — the bed was just right: firm enough for support but soft enough to feel cozy. The air conditioning was well-placed and ran quietly and efficiently. The bathroom is combined, with an electric towel warmer that’s a real lifesaver for drying small items quickly. Hot water pressure was excellent, and the shower gel dispenser worked flawlessly. To my surprise, the soundproofing was great — I had no noise disturbances throughout my stay, which made the quiet even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and they responded promptly to any questions. Cleaning and linen changes followed a consistent schedule — very professional. Mashuk Hotel
Mashuk Hotel is a great choice if you're looking for convenience and comfort in Sochi. Located just a short walk from the main tourist area, it's easy to explore nearby cafes, snack stands, and small shops along Divnomorskaya Street. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing to note is that the entrance isn’t very obvious—first-time visitors might have a bit of trouble finding it. I recommend using your phone’s map to locate the 'Militsiya' bus stop and then walking a few minutes toward the resort area. Getting here from the train station is simple with buses 19, 22, or 95, while the airport can be reached via bus 105 directly to the Metalurg Sanatorium stop—just a quick walk from the hotel. Overall, excellent value, great location, and a stress-free stay. Definitely coming back.
