The apartment was spotless and well-equipped: great shower, cooking stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware and dining essentials. It felt like home. The property itself is small, but just a 5-minute walk away is the pool at Neolit Senator hotel—be sure to check with reception about access. Also, it's only about 10 minutes on foot to Albatsos Beach (up and down), making beach trips super convenient. Everything was perfect—the location, the comfort, the vibe. Thanks for such a relaxing getaway!

Green Club Hotel
We stayed at Green Club Hotel in Sochi during winter, and despite limited access to the sea (only reachable by bus to the city center, about a 10-minute ride), I’d highly recommend this place. The hotel has a cozy, intimate vibe, and all rooms were occupied—proof of its popularity. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful with every question we had. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly—no complaints at all. A special shout-out to the café team! We only had breakfast here, but it was absolutely outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious food. It made our mornings so enjoyable. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and reaching the city center takes around 10 minutes by bus. We got off at the Circus stop, walked to the waterfront, and then strolled down to the Sea Train Station—great way to explore. As a group of five from St. Petersburg, we were thoroughly impressed. The experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely be back here on our next trip to Sochi!
