Everything in the apartment felt brand new and immaculately clean—every detail shows care and attention. The self-service breakfast was outstanding: fresh, well-prepared, and varied, offering something for every taste. I especially appreciated how close the hotel is to a great Chinese restaurant just a short walk away—authentic flavors and generous portions made for a perfect evening meal. Appartello Smarttime Living Hamburg

Staying at Appartello Smarttime Living Hamburg was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, modern, and well-designed with practical amenities—perfect for both short stays and longer visits. The bathroom stood out with its clean, stylish layout and high-quality fixtures. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options, though the location is less ideal—it's in an industrial area, which means limited nearby attractions. Unfortunately, we faced some challenges with public transport due to S-Bahn repairs. Waiting times for trains were long, and replacement buses arrived with significant delays. If you're planning to visit, allow extra time for travel, especially if relying on public transit. Despite this, the hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and value make it a solid choice, particularly for travelers prioritizing a quiet, well-equipped apartment-style stay near Hamburg’s city center.

Hotel Zum Zeppelin Hamburg

We've stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it just keeps getting better. The value for money is outstanding—clean rooms, most recently renovated with a modern touch, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the restaurant food is consistently excellent. But what truly stands out is the staff—especially Frau Fischer, whose warm and welcoming attitude makes you feel like you're visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Just a short walk from the bus stop, you can easily reach Niendorfer Markt, and from there, take the U2 line all the way to Jungfernstieg. Everything is so accessible, making it perfect for exploring Hamburg. With such great comfort, convenience, and hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were immaculately clean—so much so that you’d think they were just freshly renovated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious homemade jam that added such a special touch to the simple yet satisfying spread. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing—just the right balance. We truly felt at home here and left with a big smile. This is definitely a place we’ll be returning to, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg.

Ellena`s Fewo am Uke

We booked apartment C in Eppendorf without realizing it wasn’t listed on the website. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed—the actual unit looked nothing like the photos and descriptions shown for apartments A and B. To make matters worse, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all. After raising a complaint, cleaning was done the next day, but no refund or discount was offered for the first night spent in an uncleaned room. With limited time and no alternative accommodations available for two adults and a 2-year-old child, we had no choice but to stay. While we understand things happen, it’s frustrating when basic information isn’t transparent upfront. Hopefully, the platform can improve listing accuracy to prevent future guests from facing the same situation.

Hotel Stephan

Staying at Hotel Stephan for just one night was a pleasant surprise. While it's true that many German hotels don't provide basic amenities like bottled water, slippers, toothbrushes, or tissues—something I expected—I appreciated the transparency. The hotel does have an elevator, and overall facilities are well-maintained and functional. What truly stood out was the cleanliness—despite being established in 1904, the property feels remarkably fresh and spotless, with no signs of wear or neglect. The interior design is authentically European, with elegant details throughout the lobby and rooms. It’s my first time experiencing this kind of classic European charm, and I found it incredibly beautiful and atmospheric—perfect for photos and quiet moments. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in, and while I only stayed one night, the service felt genuine and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers seeking a historic yet clean and comfortable stay in Hamburg, especially if you appreciate old-world elegance and authenticity.
