I stumbled upon this hotel by chance and couldn’t be happier I did. The location is fantastic—just a short boat ride from the airport, making arrival stress-free. The accommodation itself was acceptable, but the check-in process could have been smoother. We booked Cannaregio II Apartments, but ended up staying at Venice Apartments instead. I’m not sure if it was a better standard, but it was definitely closer to restaurants and local attractions—great for evening walks and dining. That said, it wasn’t the property we originally reserved, which caused some confusion. My travel companion was left at the wrong location while I went ahead to check in, and we ended up walking further than necessary. I also felt a slight attitude from the front desk staff during check-in, which added to the frustration. Clearer communication and better coordination would really improve the guest experience, especially when there’s a mismatch between booking and actual accommodation.

She even reached out with personalized suggestions for local restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay much more enjoyable. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality in Venice.

Our stay at Art Dreams Venezia was absolutely perfect! Host Viola went above and beyond—friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful. She even helped us book dinner at her favorite local restaurant, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Stayed for two nights in a spacious triple room, which was recently renovated. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The bathroom was absolutely impressive—modern, brand new, and fully functional. The shower cabin is huge, and the radiator is surprisingly large, adding to the overall comfort. Location-wise, it’s just a 2-minute walk from the main train station and only 4 minutes on foot to the vaporetto stop. Getting around Venice becomes so much easier. This hotel truly delivers exceptional quality at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and style without breaking the bank.
